Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from our HQ in Melbourne, usually within 1-2 business days, using Australia Post. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
As a business, we aim to minimise our impact on the environment by using as many truly home-compostable, biodegradable, and recycled packaging materials as possible.
Australia: $9.95 AUD flat-rate standard shipping, free above $75 AUD. $14.95 flat-rate express shipping, free above $100.
New Zealand: $20 AUD flat-rate, free above $90 AUD.
Asia: $25 AUD flat-rate, free above $150 AUD.
North America: $30 AUD flat-rate, free above $150 AUD.
Europe: $35 AUD flat-rate, free above $150 AUD.

Please note during certain periods of the year, such as public holidays, we may require extra time to pack and process shipments due to higher volume of orders. Additionally, Postal Service operators may experience delays at various times due to holidays or disruptions. In such cases, we will let you know as soon as possible if your order may take additional time.
What if I haven't received the parcel/it goes missing/I have some other problem?
If you haven't received your parcel after a reasonable timeframe, or you encounter issues with tracking your parcel, please email us at info@kuura.co - including your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue - as soon as possible. We strongly advise emailing us, rather than messaging us via social media, as this helps us to track your order and communicate further updates in an accurate, secure, and timely manner.
For international orders, we recommend checking the tracking number with your local national post service. In the event a parcel is lost due to a postal service error, we will of course offer a full refund or send out a replacement package free of charge.
